Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. Certain items, including customized, digital, clearance, or final sale products, are non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. LisaBusinessStore reserves the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet our policy requirements.
